About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the technical strategy and oversee the development of Go and Python services.
  • Review code, provide guidance, and collaborate with upstream open source projects to deliver secure identity and access management solutions.
  • Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, document processes, and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance software engineering teams.
  • Expertise in Go and Python development, container technology, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of security and performance in software and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IAM technologies and standards is a plus.
