Lead Software Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Software Developer to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions. As a senior member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our technology projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing software solutions using a range of programming languages and technologies, including JavaScript, Angular, and Stencil.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Leading agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
  • Mentoring junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and prioritize technical tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a lead developer, with a strong track record of delivering complex software projects.
