Compassionate Nursing Care

The role of a Registered Nurse at our aged care facility is to deliver high quality, person centered care to residents and families. Our nursing team works together to provide support and supervision to Personal Care Workers and EN staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management
  • Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1
  • Experience in residential aged care/home care (desired)
  • Proficiency in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving

Additionally, all applicants must have current and required flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations, hold a current Working With Children's Check, have Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance.
