Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive creative strategy to drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels.
- Manage the full creative process (from conceptualization to final execution) to produce high converting creatives on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with our content team to source and develop new content to be used across all marketing channels.
- Drive improvements in ad performance through data-driven insights and analysis.
- Script and produce UGC Direct Response Creatives.
- Conduct market research to inform and optimize creative efforts.
- Provide regular creative reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:
- Direct Response Expertise: 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or working at a creative agency.
- Proficiency in performance analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, pitch decks, and spreadsheets to present ideas and campaign outcomes effectively.
- UGC Experience: Significant experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high converting content across paid channels.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to generate fresh ideas, write scripts, shot listing, and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $70,000 per year, plus a performance bonus structure based on experience and expertise.
