As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing global projects from start to finish. Your role will involve identifying and addressing risks, coordinating detailed plans, and managing interdependencies.

  • Develop project timelines, define key milestones, and map them throughout the project duration.","
  • Coordinate key activities to ensure timely completion of all dependent actions, meeting project milestones and KPIs.","
  • Manage comprehensive task lists for the entire project, identifying potential delays early for timely corrective actions.","
  • Evaluate and implement necessary sign-offs into overall plans.","
  • Support project summaries and updates for key stakeholders, leadership, and steering committee meetings (local, regional, and global).","
  • Lead cross-team meetings, bringing project and business leads together to address issues, dependencies, and blockers regularly.","
  • Provide direction and clarity for upcoming initiatives.","
  • Compile and share the overall program roadmap, facilitating the program governance process and related meetings.","

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 package is desirable.","
