Job Title: Creative Video Editor

We're looking for an experienced video editor to create high-converting YouTube ads using User-Generated Content (UGC).

The ideal candidate is a skilled video editor with expertise in direct response principles, able to work from structured scripts or storyboards and transform raw content into compelling, conversion-focused videos.

This role requires a full-time long-form YouTube editor who can transform a structured script and creator footage into engaging, conversion-driven ads. You'll collaborate with strategists, scripts, and voiceovers to build videos that capture attention, spark emotions, and drive action.

Key responsibilities include pacing, transitions, b-roll, music, sound design, and delivery. The successful candidate will have autonomy in their work, requiring self-direction and the ability to deliver high-quality results without extensive revisions.

Experience working with UGC creators and affiliate brands is beneficial but not necessary. What matters most is your ability to edit for performance, focusing on key metrics such as CTRs, watch time, and conversions rather than just aesthetics.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ minute direct response video editing experience
  • Proficiency in creating engaging, conversion-driven videos
  • Understanding of funnel stages and ability to self-direct
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
