About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Leader to drive strategic initiatives across Latin America. As the primary liaison between business needs and technical solutions, you will spearhead process improvements and implement strategies that impact operational performance and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business cases supported by data-driven insights.
  • Identify and prioritize challenges, escalating critical issues to product and technical teams for timely resolutions.
  • Leverage data analytics using SQL and Python to drive informed decisions, creating impactful dashboards and reports with visualization tools.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, collaborating across teams and ensuring alignment on priorities while constructively challenging assumptions.
  • Communicate complex technical and operational concepts clearly and assertively to diverse audiences.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels, building trust and driving alignment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and develop actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in messaging for diverse audiences.
