Business Operations Leader

The Business Operations Leader is a pivotal role responsible for driving strategic planning, business operations, and project management.

This individual will oversee key performance indicators, assess product and campaign success, and uncover valuable insights to inform data-driven decisions.

This role requires exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of making analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Python programming languages is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong undergraduate degree in engineering, statistics, operations, or business-related fields and at least three years of professional experience in strategic planning, business operations, or project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress to identify key performance indicators and assess product and campaign success.
  • Solve complex problems using data and logical thinking to set direction and tackle challenges.
  • Lead projects and work with others to manage relationships with people at all levels and in different locations.
  • Drive growth by expanding the category in Brazil and ensure top-notch service.
  • Engage users by running campaigns to increase product adoption, user engagement, and loyalty.
  • Manage partner ecosystem relationships by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
