We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Investment Specialist to join our team in São Paulo. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in capital markets, investment banking, M&A, and private equity.

This role involves deal sourcing and execution, financial analysis and modeling, portfolio support, and market research and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience or sector knowledge.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the relevant field, a bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, fluency in English, and proficiency in Portuguese. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Sourcing & Execution: Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, focusing on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
  • Portfolio Support: Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
