Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting the hotel's financial transactions and balancing the books during the quietest time of the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct the hotel auditing process on a nightly basis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external guests, responding to their requests and assisting with overnight hotel duties.
  • Perform administrative duties, including processing financial transactions and producing reports.
  • Utilize Property Management System software, such as OPERA, to manage hotel operations.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office and Finance teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Requirements

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cash handling skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures and guest confidentiality.
  • Ability to use Property Management System software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous.
