About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting the hotel's auditing process on a nightly basis, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external guests, responding to their requests and needs
  3. Assist with overnight hotel duties, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues
  4. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation
  5. Process financial transactions and produce reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  1. High level of written and verbal communication skills
  2. Cash handling skills and attention to detail
  3. Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures and guest confidentiality
  4. Ability to use Property Management System software, such as OPERA
  5. Competency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  6. Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous
