Global Clinical Supplies Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Clinical Supplies Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical supplies operations and administrative activities across various areas of clinical supplies lifecycle.

The coordinator will be responsible for actively participating in global project calls, leading discussions on assigned supply chains, and liaising with global supply vendors. They will also make global purchases, manage distributions, and oversee post-sale services and process distribution.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Clinical Supply process, including manufacturing, handling, importing, shipping, exporting, auditing, labeling, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participates in Global project calls and leads discussions on assigned supply chains
  • Makes global purchases, global distributions, and deposit processes
  • Oversees post-sale services and process distribution
  • Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Advanced English and good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail aligned with high standards of quality and excellence
  • Adaptive to changes and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in logistics and procurement
