Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our team in technical and construction matters related to wind farms or solar plants during development or construction stages.

The ideal candidate will ensure that site performances of projects are delivered to specification, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company financial procedures.

  • Responsibilities include performance management on site, contractor coordination, and communication with the project team and owner's engineer.
  • Candidates must be able to manage and report on progress.
  • Support to Project and Construction Managers is also required.
  • The successful applicant will conduct progress meetings with contractors, coordinate interfaces, and report to senior management.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring contractors comply with construction specifications and quality management systems.
  • Matters related to site safety and technical issues will also be managed by the appointee.
  • A summary of the Contractor Construction performance will be prepared by the successful candidate.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil or Electrical engineering discipline.
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing technical matters and/or site works for renewables or construction projects.
Requirements
  • Autonomy and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
  • Fluency in English and Montenegrin is required.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes and health, safety, and environmental legislation applicable to construction projects is necessary.
  • Microsoft applications proficiency and knowledge of construction works specification, design, maintenance, construction, and commissioning are also required.
  • Awareness of regulatory issues impacting the business and ability to lead and work in a team environment are crucial for success.
  • Driver license is an asset.
