We're seeking a detail-obsessed professional to help drive business growth through data-driven insights.
You'll own the customer journey — from first impression to conversion — and help us understand what's working, what's not, and where the biggest opportunities lie.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to set up funnel tracking, evaluate performance, conduct research, and uncover insights that fuel smarter strategies.
Your work will directly influence decision-making and optimization.
Responsibilities- Establish full-funnel tracking from ad click to sign-up to retention
- Create dashboards surfacing conversion rates, drop-off points, and cohort behavior
- Partner with teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements
- Analyze paid media and content campaigns across channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Break down creative effectiveness by format, hook, CTA, and audience segment
- Surface actionable recommendations on what's working and where to iterate
- Monitor competitor strategies, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers
- Compile and present intelligence helping shape positioning, messaging, and creative tests
- Create marketing performance reports with high-level summaries and deep dives
- Work cross-functionally to connect marketing metrics with product, sales, and lifecycle KPIs
- Help build forecasting models and identify underperforming segments
