We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Transition Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead IT-related projects and coordinate project priorities across multiple tracks.

  • The ideal candidate will assist the Transition Manager in overseeing project execution, managing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • They will also be responsible for coordinating project priorities, driving the project forward, and utilizing MS tools to track budgets, schedules, and other information.
  • An added responsibility will be to oversee progress, ensure goals are met, and create and manage project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks per the schedule.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in information technology and business
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline with an information technology focus
  • External project management certification such as PMP from PMI or other project management certification is preferred
