Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of our investment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress, implementing the project plan, and analyzing available resources.

  • Administrating contracts with third-party companies regarding executed projects
  • Controlling and managing project expenses, as well as tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborating with various departments, including Production, Quality, IT, Purchasing, Technique, Laboratory, Supply, Maintenance, HSQM, etc.
  • Identifying opportunities to minimize maintenance problems in the medium and long-term
  • Ensuring that all new equipment meets regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Chemistry, Electrical, Production, or other related fields, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Additional requirements include proven project management experience, proficiency in drawing software such as AutoCAD, Catia V5, Solid Works, and Gantt Chart (Ms Project), and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
