Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the Customer Project Manager with specialist knowledge in project planning and scheduling, trend analysis, critical path identification, backwards scheduling, and production of reports.

  • The ideal candidate will be the top authority on tracking and reporting purposes.

This position involves driving the implementation and adherence of relevant tools and systems required by the Customer Project Manager.

Key Interfaces:Customer Project Managers, Network Program Directors, Implementation Managers, Project Finance Managers (PFMs), Integration Engineers, Site Engineers, Order and Delivery Management, External Customers, Authorized Service Providers (ASPs), and E+OHS SMEs.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project planning inputs and manage customer deliverables
  • Build project milestone templates
  • Monitor, maintain and improve performance

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Administration, or related)
  • Min years of experience: 5-7 years of experience
  • Domain experience: Radio Access Networks (RAN)
  • Requires both process and project management competencies through experience from deployment in network rollout projects
  • Requires a deep knowledge of project planning/control tools, reporting capabilities, and project data consolidation
  • Intermediate English Level
