Job Description
As a Field Sales Trainer, you will serve as an in-house trainer for core commercial skills. Your responsibilities will include delivering training programs, coaching sales teams, conducting skills gap analysis, and managing digital tools utilization. You will also partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of learning initiatives and ensure quality of delivery.

In this role, you will work closely with regional leadership teams to conduct performance gap analysis and recommend interventions to close these gaps. You will also manage and organize training tasks, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other teams to deliver on timelines.

Your goal will be to foster a culture of continuous learning and improve sales performance through effective training and coaching practices.
