Located in Porto Alegre, Brazil, ADP Labs is a hub for software development and infrastructure. As an internationally distributed team, we're hiring Associate Developers to join our ranks.

As a key member of our development team, you'll work closely with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. You'll be responsible for developing and reviewing requirements, creating design documents, writing programs, packaging, testing, configuring, and deploying software.

Collaborating with stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement, you'll contribute to the delivery of innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.

As a developer at our company, you'll be expected to be results-oriented, with knowledge of new and legacy technologies, relevant platforms and environments, and familiar with business processes, functions, and data within your domain.

Performs routine assignments in the entry-level to a professional job progression. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
