Purpose and Objective

Our mission is to maximize customer success during the RUN phase of SAP cloud solution lifecycles, helping customers drive adoption, stabilize operations, mitigate risk, and reduce total cost of ownership – freeing up resources for innovation.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • We are seeking a highly motivated, solution-oriented team member to strengthen our Cloud Application Services Global Solutioning Center, working closely with Sales leaders to deliver SLA-based managed cloud services focusing on the RUN phase of SAP cloud solutions.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing customers' requirements related to cloud solution Run & Manage as well as Improve & Enhance phases, and designing tailored managed service solutions to meet those needs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of cloud solutions and their application in business environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective managed service solutions.
