Operations Supervisor

The Operations Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Guarulhos, Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe working environment by monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety conditions.
- Lead the team, distributing tasks and assessing productivity, ensuring performance and behavioral feedback, and guiding staff on special customer standards.
- Coordinate loading and unloading, providing support during loading, assessing vehicle conditions, assembling teams, guiding drivers, and supervising areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, organizing and cleaning the internal and external yard, reporting accidents and incidents according to safety procedures.
- Monitor equipment availability (pallet trucks, RFTs, forklifts, etc.) and infrastructure (layout, identification, preventive maintenance, etc.).
- Fulfill area documentation requirements and participate actively in inventory activities, ensuring safety briefings are conducted.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring compliance with people management processes while disseminating company cultural principles.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.
- Availability to work shifts in Guarulhos, São Paulo state.
