Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Maintenance supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring regular maintenance schedules are met, including routine tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining large and complex stationary manufacturing equipment.
  • Dismantling and moving machinery using hand and power tools.
  • Performing quality control checks on machines and equipment to identify and address any potential issues before they become major problems.

Leadership Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we require advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. Ability to lead daily operations and train lower-level employees is also essential. Strong leadership and delegation skills are necessary for success in this position.
