We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager, to lead the strategic management of key customer accounts. This pivotal role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our esteemed clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Commercial Strategies: Aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Commercial to ensure efficient execution.
  • Build Sales Forecast: Oversee the customer portfolio and lead account planning for major clients.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Grow the business through negotiation and commercial acumen.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nutrition.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead cross-functional coordination.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.
