About the Role

This pivotal position plays a key role in optimizing CRM workflows, ensuring top-tier data accuracy, and driving process improvements across remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee 100% data accuracy across all account management and order entry tasks.
  • Develop and implement new systems and workflows to streamline operations.
  • Manage and monitor a team of remote account managers (attendance, output, quality).
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead solutions — not just follow SOPs.
  • Report performance trends and improvement ideas to leadership.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, account management, or operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage distributed teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of data integrity.
  • Process-driven, but with the creativity to solve problems and optimize workflows.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
