About the RoleThis pivotal position plays a key role in optimizing CRM workflows, ensuring top-tier data accuracy, and driving process improvements across remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee 100% data accuracy across all account management and order entry tasks.
- Develop and implement new systems and workflows to streamline operations.
- Manage and monitor a team of remote account managers (attendance, output, quality).
- Identify inefficiencies and lead solutions — not just follow SOPs.
- Report performance trends and improvement ideas to leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in data entry, account management, or operations.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage distributed teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of data integrity.
- Process-driven, but with the creativity to solve problems and optimize workflows.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
