**Position Type**:Full-time
**Salary**: $3,500 USD per month
**About Our Client**:
Our client is seeking an Operations Director to lead the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) operations at their agency. This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be responsible for overseeing performance and staff, including SEO specialists, web developers, copywriters, and other support staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hire, manage, and retain a remote offshore workforce- Build and enhance organizational systems and processes via the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)- Ensure team accountability to objectives, systems, and processes- Track and manage customer performance/satisfaction- Manage a monthly budget- Weekly check-ins with CEO**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience with an SEO and/or marketing agency
Preferably previous managerial experience with an SEO and/or marketing agency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively address customer and personnel concerns
Understanding of Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
Preferred software experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Brightlocal, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to think critically and build systems/processes, while being meticulous at tracking performance
**Benefits**
