We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our internal Help Desk team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via email, phone, and Jira.
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
  • Purchase and maintain hardware as needed.
  • Administer building security cards.
  • Maintain general office and hardware environments.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in similar roles within a company with an internal Help Desk.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
