Seeking a skilled accounting professional to provide technical support and guidance for our operations in Brazil. This exciting opportunity is part of Caterpillar's Global Finance Services Division, where you will work closely with local accounting leaders and staff to resolve complex accounting matters.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business partners and leaders to analyze business issues and recommend accounting solutions.
  • Conduct research on various topics, propose recommendations, and prepare technical white papers.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
  • Support local Brazil statutory reporting.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Senior-level experience providing guidance on complex business, accounting, and financial matters.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience with external financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC standards.
  • Background in integrating acquisitions and new ventures into reporting processes.
