As a technical professional, you will be part of a global team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

">Key Responsibilities

You will support the worldwide product team by enhancing product acceptability and salability. This includes meeting product health targets, reducing warranty claims, achieving NPI product support deliverables, and providing technical assistance to Caterpillar dealers and customers.

Key tasks include conducting dealer and customer visits, performing quality and reliability analyses, investigating emerging issues, and identifying resolutions to significant field problems.

  • Support Caterpillar Dealers worldwide.
  • Conduct dealer and customer visits to provide technical assistance on urgent and emerging field problems.
  • Perform quality, reliability, and warranty analyses for assigned products.
  • Conduct emerging issues analyses on dealer part return requests and inspections.

Additionally, you will create service publications to announce significant product improvements, provide temporary field fix information, and product support programs as part of the CPI resolution process.
