Solutions Development Specialist

The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing innovative solutions to manage pest arthropod populations. This position requires strong technical knowledge of biological pest management, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for strategic growth.
- Develop and implement effective management programs tailored to regional demands.
- Conduct efficacy tests and provide support to regulatory and quality assurance teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to create and execute technical strategies promoting Lallemand solutions.
- Provide technical training and guidance to internal staff, customers, and partners on product applications and positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Contribute to the development of technical and commercial materials to facilitate customer communication.
- Promote connections between internal stakeholders, departments, and partners to foster cooperation and knowledge sharing.
- Product knowledge for arthropod pest management
- Technical knowledge in biological pest management
