Career Area: Engineering, Product Development and Innovation

  • Lead process validation efforts across global Medium Wheel Loader programs, driving improvements through collaboration, troubleshooting and lessons learned.
  • Partner with factories to validate components and machines at every stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring top-tier performance.
  • Own the structure and strategy for the Product Software Programming System, guiding how and when Electronic Control Modules are flashed and configured during assembly — while eliminating manual data entry.
  • Manage global flashing success for new product introductions and offerings, making sure every Medium Wheel Loader rolls out with precision.
  • Take charge of test instructions and coordinate Elek groups to keep validation aligned and efficient.
  • Drive targeted in process validation projects that elevate machine quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Advance test cell automation and unify global data and procedures to streamline testing and boost consistency.

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
    • Pre-advanced English.
    • Demonstrated technical excellence in engineering, with a strong foundation in mechanical systems and manufacturing, heavy equipment or construction processes.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design and engineering tools, with experience creating and refining complex models and assemblies.
    • Hands-on experience in product design, from concept through validation, with a focus on performance, quality and customer value.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to complex engineering challenges.

This position requires 10% domestic and international travel. Note that this role involves working on-site five days a week.
