As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt communication, addressing inquiries, and providing timely resolutions to their concerns.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and corporate personnel, to coordinate requirements and optimize logistics and cost controls.

Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external freight providers is also essential to the success of this role.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and at least three years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, or seven years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 (Sales & Distribution) is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with excellent customer service practices and knowledge of import/export are desirable.
  • Ability to think analytically, manage change, and communicate effectively.

This role requires a commitment to meeting customer expectations and requirements, acting in accordance with ISO documented procedures, and maintaining accurate customer data in SAP R/3.
