Distributed Systems Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to lead our distributed systems team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership attributes, and the ability to solve complex problems.
The ideal candidate will be able to drive technical vision, motivate and enable teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a distributed team of engineers in delivering complex projects
- Talent development through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career planning
- Setting and managing expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- Participating in the engineering process through code and architectural review
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject
- Strong technical skills and experience in software development
- Leadership and commitment to skills development and mentorship
- Typescript using modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Svelte, or Vue
