Accident & Emergency Nurse Specialist

You will be part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in various speciality departments including Accident and Emergency, Intensive Care, Operating Theatre, Diagnostic Radiology, and Cardiac Lab.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver specialized care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Pursue continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient well-being and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records for effective care planning and decision-making
- Registration with the relevant nursing authority is essential
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is required
- Relevant specialty experience or certification is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills are vital for effective collaboration
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
