We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client service team. As a Client Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
About the RoleThe Client Service Professional will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their objectives. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and driving revenue growth.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of services
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer support/success, sales, business development, technology, or account management
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in client management/project management
- Strong consultative skills and ability to communicate complex ideas
- Problem-solving and analytical aptitude
