Lead HR Transformation

Job Description:

The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business strategy and fostering organizational excellence.

  • Develops and implements strategic HR plans to drive business execution and build capability.
  • Leads change initiatives to drive cross-functional collaboration and proactive leadership throughout the organization.
  • Utilizes workforce analytics and metrics to inform strategic decision-making on people and policies.
  • Collaborates with senior management to define, implement, and promote a positive company culture.
  • Recommends and implements salary programs, employee benefits, and HR policies to maintain a competitive market position.
  • Provides guidance and counsel to employees, managers, and executive leadership on employee relations.
  • Enhances management and leadership capacity through internal coaching and development programs.
  • Leverages organizational development initiatives to drive seamless handoffs and improved accountability.
  • Oversees employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manages recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for key staff at all levels.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Partners with Corporate and Regional HR to drive employee development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
