Human Resources Administrator Job Description

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the perfect compliance with labor legislation in the relationship between the company and employees. This includes the emission and organization of relevant documentation, generating, analyzing, and sending information to eSocial, and identifying and correcting any errors.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Knowledge and experience in processes related to employee termination, social security, and labor law.
  • Experience and knowledge in the SAP HR system, preferably as a user.
  • Knowledge and experience in the federal application eSocial/DCTFweb.
  • Knowledge and experience in outsourcing or accounting, preferably in an employer-employee relationship.

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience working with high volumes of data processing.
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll and encargos processing.
  • Language skills in English and/or Spanish.
