Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of employee data, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related transactions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR systems and software, such as Workday or BambooHR.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Certifications in HR or a related field (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.).
