
Human Resource Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving overall plant HR and IR activities across two factories in Daman. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives, as well as supporting current and future business needs through the development and preservation of human capital.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Analyze and prepare action plans based on weekly, monthly HR KPI indicators.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in plant HR functions and 2-3 years of experience as a plant HR manager or similar role. An MBA or master's degree in HR is preferred. The successful candidate will be well-versed in labor laws and HR sub-systems, including HR planning, PMS, training and development, payroll management, and more.
