Senior Corporate Lawyer Support Specialist

A Paralegal is an integral member of our team, providing critical support to attorneys and staff with contracting, calendaring, filing, case management, drafting, legal opinions, motions, written discovery, legal research and analyses, written reports, external correspondence, case management, client file review and analysis, and other related tasks.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal with strong knowledge of employment law and corporate law.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in employment, contracts, and corporate matters.
- Contracting and Calendaring: Assist attorneys with reviewing contracts, agreements, and reports, summarizing key points and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Filing and Case Management: Prepare and file documents, manage case files, and maintain accurate records of deadlines and milestones.
- Drafting and Legal Research: Draft various types of agreements and templates, conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate law, healthcare law, pharmacy regulations, employment law, compliance issues, zoning and other related legal issues, concerns, or matters.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, with a strong background in employment, contracts, and corporate matters.
