We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a strategic HR partner, you will be responsible for leading people management initiatives and driving business growth.
- Develop and implement efficient HR processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Supervise and optimize various HR functions, including hiring, termination, time tracking, payroll, benefits, and labor calculations.
- Design and execute performance evaluation processes, creating action plans for skills development and employee growth.
- Act as a liaison to resolve employee conflicts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain HR best practices, adhering to internal regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement, to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong background in people management, benefits, and labor legislation. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
