Infrastructure Support Professional

Job Description:

As an Infrastructure Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the IT Services department across all aspects of system administration. Your key responsibilities will include providing first and second-level support, administering a Windows domain and Microsoft Exchange, expanding and optimizing existing infrastructures, and visiting national and international locations to assume IT support (max. 10% travel activity).

Requirements:

  • A completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, technical informatics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Practical experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge in the administration of a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills and result orientation.
