Job Overview:

The IT Application/Production Support Analyst is a pivotal role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of applications across the organization.

As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing technical-level production support, including environment management, deployment coordination, infrastructure projects, and user support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage application environments (database, web, and application servers) used across development, testing, and release stages.
  • Coordinate environment usage by assigning resources to teams and individuals as needed.
  • Manage scheduling, refreshing, and resetting of environments.

This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams across development, infrastructure, cloud, and security to ensure seamless operations.

You will also lead and support infrastructure-related projects, including server upgrades and disaster recovery (DR) testing, conduct periodic application/server maintenance, investigate, track, and resolve production issues in collaboration with global support and development teams.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, particularly pipelines, builds, repositories, version control, and deployment error handling, as well as a strong understanding of server/network architecture, web development technologies, and relational databases.
