Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Junior to join our team. As an IT Support Junior, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining the overall health of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Support: Respond to and resolve user requests and incidents regarding systems and hardware on workstations.
  • Hardware Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computers, peripherals, and accessories for new projects and collaborators.
  • System Maintenance: Support and update operating systems available on the network for workstations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of workstations, cell phones, peripherals, and spare parts for hardware.
  • Process Improvement: Create and maintain procedures for processes, systems, and hardware on workstations.
  • Equipment Procurement: Request equipment purchases for workstations, cell phones, and peripherals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Operating System Knowledge: Windows and macOS.
  • Hardware Knowledge: Laptop, desktop, printers, and peripherals.
  • Network Knowledge: TCP/IP.
  • Productivity Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office 365.
Desirable Skills:
  • Linux Operating System Knowledge:
  • Active Directory Knowledge: On-prem and Azure.
  • Microsoft Administration and Security Tools Knowledge: MS Defender, Intune, MDM.
