Americas IT Manager

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the IT infrastructure and services within the region, ensuring seamless integration and support of IT systems align with corporate objectives, standards, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure IT strategies and initiatives align with corporate objectives and regional business needs.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate IT projects across the region, adhering to timelines, budgets, and corporate standards.
  • IT Support and Service Desk: Drive full adoption of the IT Service Desk across all sites and continuously improve SOPs and services.
  • Maintain the Business Continuity Risk Profile (BCRP) for all computer systems and infrastructure in the Region, involving BCRP documentation management and annual DR test plan execution, as well as leading recovery efforts when a Disaster is declared.
  • Audit Support: Assist internal audit activities during preparation and execution.
  • Cost Management: Oversee IT-related costs at a regional level, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage budgets and capital plans effectively.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure regional compliance with Corporate IT Security Policies and Standards, collaborating with Corporate IT to address vulnerabilities.
  • PCN and R&D Lab Support: Provide IT support for PCN areas in plants and R&D lab environments, adhering to the agreed RACI, S0180 standard, and BCRP requirements.
