We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Assurance Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our digital mobility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform safety analysis and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain safety reports and documentation to support business decisions.
- Participate in the development of safety-related training programs for employees.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in safety assurance and risk management, preferably in the transportation or technology industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
