Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead vendor assessment and monitoring. As a key member of our team, you will evaluate vendor performance, ensuring quality standards are met, and provide guidance to colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Vendor Performance: Assess the capabilities and compliance of vendors to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI's): Create metrics to measure vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Compliance Issues: Address any non-compliance issues with vendors, including breaches and regulatory non-compliance.
  • Manage Corrective Actions Plans: Oversee corrective actions plans to address identified issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and activities related to vendor management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field: Hold a degree in information systems, finance/accounting, business, or a technical/analytical field, with an emphasis on statistics or math.
  • Certification in Six Sigma: Possess a black belt or yellow/green belt certification in six sigma, with active participation in black belt program development.
  • Experience in Operations Management: Have five to ten years of experience in operations/production positions and/or management-level experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in excel (complex formulas) and powerbi, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
