We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to support the planning and execution of proactive maintenance initiatives across our facilities. This role involves analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, developing strategies to reduce costs and optimize inventory management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Collaborate with inventory management and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, operations research)
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements through data analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with SAP and Maximo systems preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, operations research)
  • Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning
  • Certification in reliability engineering or a related field
