Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our power plants.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your industry experience, equipment knowledge, software know-how, and customer satisfaction skills to deliver world-class predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.
  • Require specialized knowledge within the function to influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
  • Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering or other related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working in a power plant or combined cycle power plant.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills both in English and Spanish.
