Job Title: Technical Leadership Specialist

As a Technical Leadership Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our software engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals.
  • Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
  • Develop the road map within the scope of your teams.
  • Design, guide, and vet systems designs within the scope of the broader area.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience with industry-standard data processing tools such as Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL).
