Key Responsibilities
- Practices safety standards to ensure a secure working environment
- Troubleshoots and repairs solar panel system issues to maintain high performance
- Responds to service calls from the Service department to meet customer needs
- Performs leak investigations to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Maintains jobsite cleanliness and order to promote a safe working environment
- Interacts with customers while onsite to build strong relationships
Required Skills
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving history
- Professional experience working outdoors at heights
- Ability to carry 40 pounds up a ladder
- Work in all types of weather conditions
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Positive and safe working attitude
- Reliable transportation for work-related purposes
- OSHA certification, paid for by the company, for enhanced job security
- Diagnose and repair solar product deficiencies to deliver exceptional results
